Many of you, after meticulously arranging all the icons on your desktop, have been frustrated to no end when Windows randomly re-arranges them. Note that Windows Me, 2000, and XP don't appear to have this problem. Here's a workaround:

  • Obtain and install EzDesk.

  • Note: If you are unable to move the icons on your desktop, right-click on an empty portion of the destkop, click Arrange Icons, and turn off Auto-Arrange.
