I checked for critical events, all there is are errors and plenty of them. Like
when I tried to put in a CD or a dvd to back up it will not let me (saying that not
right disk or that it's corrupted) they are not as I tried several. So there were
other errors because of defender saying that a program made changes. I saw nothing
concerning the HD> Now how is it that when I ran the diagnostic tool in safe
mode that is what I am getting that the HD is about to fail to save my data. (which
I can't save on a dvd or cd as it won't let me ..I can use the cd-dvd to install
the programs I needed to clean the computer from spyware but I can't save..weird..I
am fed up with this ..but let me tell you I am learning LOL thanks
any other advice would be greatly appreciated... TY Pat
