Several of the little beasts block Malwarebytes :-( I'd give SuperAntispyware a go - the free edition is available here. 55 degrees doesn't sound excessive but I'd be tempted to do the cleaning anyway. If SuperAntispyware won't install let us know - there are alternatives.
