CPU Speed Sunday, August 29, 2010 at 2:10 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by David Rigney (12 messages posted) Help I have a Dell Insprion 1150 with pentium 4 2.8 Ghz CPU but it only runs at 1.6 Ghz, I've checked BIOS settings it is set to auto only other option is disable speeding which locks it at 1.6Ghz.
