XP Pro install , Stuck in Medium 16 bit Color? Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 7:01 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by visionman (25 messages posted) Hi everyone , I have a Dell 2350, just installed  reformated hard drive (80) gig  , and then installed Win XP Pro. After installation machine stuck in  Medium 16 Bit  Color , could not adjust  resolution pointer , and no other option  to change setting on drop down menu.  Checked Device Manager and four items flaged up under "Other Devices" all with large yellow question marks.  Checking properies  revealed (  No Drivers installed   and Code 28)  System did not recognise any drivers when installed XP Pro CD  to find  drivers to reinstall?  This XP Pro  CD installed okay everything spot on , when I installed it on a Dell 4100, and Dell GX1   Both P 3 ,  the 2350 is a P4 , if that is relevant?  any ideas on this one ,or similiar problem resolution, all assistance welcomed. BTW.
