I'm not really sure what I'm looking for. Knowing Iris, they'll have put a "print
to any printer other than the one selected" option in there. :(

I think it unlikely. Other people wouldn't be able to print to dispatch1, or the
user wouldn't be able to connect to the server, the internet, etc.

Possibly, although since it's only this one user who's affected I would suggest it's
either his workstation or his user account on the domain.

My gut tells me this is a Windows issue, not an Exchequer one. Still, you're right
- maybe I should be asking the other Exchequer customer if he's had this problem.
