Hi Alex;
I deleted DiskOnChip in Device Manager. It didn't do any good to use M-Audio soundboard.
If M-Audio board activated in Dev Man, still greys out the Volume Slider in the Volume
tab and still no sound with M-Audio. I have sound with SB Live! now but I installed
the M-Audio for better sound for my music apps.
I don't know what the DiskOnChip (deleted) was, I couldn't care less, probably
was installed as a come along with an other app. It is shameful, when one installs
a needed app a half dozen unnecessary junk show up in the PC. Many have such cryptic
name or code I don't ever know what these are for and I am afraid to delete them
not knowing if they are really necessary for a used app or not.
Let's return to the M-Audio problem, any suggestions? It worked before...
