wish you or that user could be a little more specific
about the name of the program. so that we can have leads as to whether the issue
is merely a configuration problem or bug in the program, or is entirely with the
OS in the workstation that user is working on.
besides, if that program does support printing,
surely there has to be options in there just to configure printers. perhaps it works
independently and does not rely with the system's global print settings.
