re: No Sound Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 12:33 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by charlesh (87 messages posted) Thanks Alex, I set the default device to SB Live and regained the sound, it shows in the Control Panel - Sound  and Audio Devices - Volume tab - Device Volume about the center. But when I set the default device to M Audio Delta, on the Volume tab Device Volume is greyed out, and it does not play sound. Why is the M Audio board is not recognized? I installed it later to provide better sound to my music progs (Like Sibelius 6) and it worked for quite a while, now it is off. And yes, the Volume slider in the Creative Playcenter 2 is Red "X"-ed out, so M Audio does not work. Any suggestions? Thanks.
