Do you have a problem otherwise? If not I wouldn't.
If you used disk imaging, you could re-install with all apps in about 5 minutes,
you should look into that.
Another thing you can try is to redefine your temp folder to another, reboot, then
delete the entire old temp folder (may need to do this in safe mode, but probably
not).
Open System Properties, click on Environmental Variables, and change(edit) the value
for the TEMP and TMP variables to another folder. You'll have to reboot for it to
take effect.
