Try starting which ever one you have without any Addons. IE6 - Right click on IE on your Desktop and select No Addons. IE7/IE8 - Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools, and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). Does it load images any faster now?
