Administrator Interfering with Download Sunday, July 4, 2010 at 7:13 am Windows Vista Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Barnum (203 messages posted) I have been  trying to download software from a site, but I constantly get the message "The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation".  I am the Administrator.
