It was something I wasn't aware of, in Vista. Found out that on the bottom right bar there was an icon related to keys & sticky keys (don't remember the name). By mistake, the guy probably touched something & changed the status. something was chosen to delay key strokes. After unchecked, its OK. Icon disappeared. Don't know how to get to that manager again. I guess somewhere in Control panel. Also, thanks to you guys, learned more about Task Manager. Have one more question on that, but in XP machine. Going to post in the XP forum.
