If you have problem with the Recbin menu ,there could be something wrong with the
GUID in the ContextMenuHandlers subkey.
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers]
Expand that and there should be subkey with GUID name:{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
.If the name differs rename it to the above GUID.For the icons just try to change
them around.
