When I try to search for a file/folder from the Start Menu, the program immediately crashes. I get the error message "Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working". I can "restart the program" or, "Check online for a solution and restart the program". When I opt for "check online..." it never does that. The problem details are: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: explorer.exe Application Version: 6.0.6002.18005 Application Timestamp: 49e02a1e Fault Module Name: SHELL32.dll Fault Module Version: 6.0.6002.18005 Fault Module Timestamp: 49e041ef Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00000000002e27fd OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 29ff Additional Information 2: f5a35f8745f0c03c33415e94c596ae54 Additional Information 3: fddb Additional Information 4: 6fc220ddd73e3b54866b489610e080b3
