A couple of days ago I purchased Magicjack, had trouble installing it, text chat with their techs, they were not able to get the magicjack. On my own I tried again and this time it worked, but I lost all audio on computer. In device manager I get yellow caution sign with exclamation on Microsoft 6 to 4 adapters. It says the device is not workin properly because windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (code31)......I checked for solutions and it said I had the latest drivers, and that was all. I uninstalled magicjack but still no audio. Can anyone help me please?
