I wish you had come here and done some research before you did that. Your only hope
is to try to do a 'System Restore'. I have no less than one customer a week in my
shop that does this. Those registry manglers do more harm than good. They original
seemed to be at least harmless on XP machines, but then when Vista came out they
just went on doing things in the same OLD way. Vista is not the same old OS. It works
much differently than XP and the reg. manglers only destroy it. You are faced now
with wiping your drive and starting over with a fresh install. The only Registry
manager I will warrant my customer’s computer with is the one put out by MS. They
are the only ones who follow the rules set for Vista. There is even some concern
over this one recently. When you get back running go to MS Live OneCare's online
BETA (Link below) and you can use theirs for free for the time being.
