win32k.sys Blue Screen Error

So I recently installed Advanced System Optimizer. I heard about this ErrorSmart
program, but couldn't find a free one so I picked up ASO. It cleans your registry
and deletes unnecessary files and such. I knew I had these and other errors, so I
figured why not. I got rid of all the unnecessary files and it was all good. Then
I checked the registry. It created a system restore point before it did anything,
so it seemed safe. I ran it, found the files, and went about removing them through
the program. I let that run while I was burning a couple DVDs and went up to cook
some Kraft Dinner. I came down to a frozen computer. I restarted it, and was met
with the fabled Blue Screen of Death. I got an error from the "win32k.sys" file and
it says PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA. I didn't panic, and figured this would be a
good time to test my Windows Repair option through the system disc. I have Vista
64-bit, by the way. Anyways I boot from the disc, run the repair option, says it
found a startup error (obviously) and tries to repair it. It fails. It can't restore
the computer to a previous restore point either. When I check why, it's because of
a "StartupRepairV2" error. Any ideas what I did?
