Adware may not do any "harm" to your system but it will slow that machine, and
in many cases drasticly slow that machine.
Now that said, you need to decide if you have an adware sponcered program that
needs that adward to run or if the adware is just crap slowing your machine down.
If its just crap you should delete it.
But if you have an app that is worth a full time slowdown of your machine, well
then you may not want to remove the adware.
You could also enable and disable that adware by using Msconfig to enable and
disable the loading of that adware when using the adware sponcored app and not when
not using that adware sponcored app.
Another option that is avalible on many adware sponcored apps is to patch that
adware app so the adware no longer needs to be loaded.
Or another option is to find a new app that doesn't use adware.
