Firefox 3 will run quite happily on Windows ME.

You will need to install the Kernel Extender program (KernelEx.exe) first, in order to run Firefox 3 (any version of Firefox 3). Without the Kernel Extender the last version of Firefox which runs on Win9x is v2.0.0.20.

Get KernelEx.exe from http://sourceforge.net/projects/kernelex/
