For me, ferreting out applications that WILL run on Win95 is half the fun of keeping my Win95 box running. Lots of programs have been upgraded over the years, and applications (like Ad-Aware) which USED to run fine on Win95, don't anymore. Some programs, CWShredder for example, upgraded itself so it wouldn't run on Win95 after v1.59, then a year later, I discovered that v2.19 WOULD run on Win95. You might poke around www.oldversion.com. I find lots of stuff there where earlier versions of current programs still will run on Win95.
