the search command for file names ONLY

How can I use the search command to just get 'hits' on the file NAMES, not the contents?
I see how to do it by not indexing folders, but how to do it on an indexed folder?
It was so easy to switch back and forth between 'file names only' and 'file names
AND contents' in XP, but a considerable search fails to find any way now.

Sorry, I don't have an exact answer, but I found a page that might help:

An app called Everything (free download) is light years ahead of the ridiculous
search function in W7.

Thank you for responses to:
abe999.Unfortunately that MS FAQ link tells you the 'backwards' question, how to
INCLUDE file contents, not EXCLUDE them!
martinM. That 'everything' program you recommended looks terrific, I have started
using it! So the problem is quasi-solved. Quasi, because it does feel absurd that
it does something that the giant Microsoft Corporation has apparently decided to
stop doing!
rocannon: "TANSTAAFL"? Robert Heinlein is back from the dead, eh?
