Did you try booting with the Win 7 dvd and choose start uo repair?

Then get your files and do a fresh install(if it works).If not if there is something
you need on there you can either slave the drive to another computer and grab them
or boot with a linux live cd and put them on a flash drive.A fresh install is always
the best method when making a major change in hardware.
