Server losing internet connection nightly - why?

For some odd reason my server loses the internet connection nightly. If I restart
the server in the morning its fine til about midnight. The server is fine all day
long, happens right every night. Not using DNS or DHCP, just as a file server and
website host for uploading software. All other computers on the network don't have
the issue nor lose the internet. I don't think its the LAN card since its happening
late at night, every night. Any ideas?
