Moving W3K to a new machine.

I have been running W3K on a machine for about 4 years now and the CPU has finally
given out. Because the machine in only a Pentium 2 it doesn’t pay to try to do anything
more with this machine but to strip out the CD, HDD’s, Fans and any other usable
parts and move them over to an updated machine with a new motherboard and CPU.

My question is whether I’ll have trouble with the license codes for W3K when I move
it to the new machine? And if so what do I have to do to resolve such issues?

Any answers to this question would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Regards
