I am unable to delete or move some files or folders. Some are just shortcuts on the desktop.The message I get is this: Cannot delete (name of file or folder). There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use. Which is utter nonsense, as they are not in use. Help!! Takes mucho time to get in and out of safe mode, where I am able to do what I want.
