Get Radio Shack's AC fan. It has the same bolt pattern as a power supply fan. Get
long bolts at Lowe's or Ace to go thru those holes. Take out the power supply fan.
Mount the ACE fan on the back of the power supply stick out back of the computer.
Personally I've got a fan like that inside my computer sucking air in thru a homemade
filter box the uses a piece of AC filter hot glued into a cardboard frame. I also
put heavy angle iron around the AC fan so it wouldn't try to demagnetize the drives.
I have a 12v relay switch that turns on 110v AC to the fan.
I wouldn't recommend my method of a pusher fan in general because it took so much
work. A more powerful exhaust fan would have been better over all.
