Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites

Right click on My Computer>Prop.>Advance Folder>Startup & Recovery>Setting button>
uncheck the item, user must enter a pass word to use this computer.
It may ask for a pass word for the default user, enter one.
Then reboot , it should just load up into the user default desktop.
