I have a friend with a PC running Windows 2K. I think it came with Windows ME and it was manually upgraded to 2000, but not sure. Anyway, he's having problems with his favorites becoming corrupt. Rather than deal with that, I wanted to upgrade his IE to version 7, but it doesn't seem to be an option. When I try to check for updates automatically, it doesn't detect that as a High-Priority update. Does IE7 not work with Windows 2K? If it does, how can I manually upgrade? If it doesn't, then how can I fix the favorites problem? I'll be happy to supply any details necesarry. Thanks in advance.
